Every day, people living with rare or difficult-to-diagnose diseases wait months or years for the clarity that could change their lives. Volv Global exists to close that gap. Using population-scale data and proprietary machine learning, we help pharmaceutical innovators and clinicians find the patients who are missing from the picture – earlier, more accurately, and across geographies that traditional methods struggle to reach.

Based at Biopôle, Épalinges, Switzerland

Our offices sit within the Biopôle innovation ecosystem in Épalinges, near Lausanne – a community of forward-thinking companies, research institutions, and life science pioneers. The setting is intentional. Proximity to EPFL, one of the world’s leading universities for data science and AI, keeps us close to the academic cutting edge and to the next generation of talent.

The workspace itself is energy-efficient, easy to reach by eco-friendly transport, and, as the team will tell you, has excellent views. We hire locally by preference – within roughly an hour of the office – both to reduce our environmental footprint and to build a team with genuine roots in the community we work in.
